Stacie Dooreck, author of SunLight Chair Yoga: yoga for everyone! and Yoga for everyone! books, is a Certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor since 1995, a Kundalini and Gentle Integral Yoga teacher, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her classes. Born into a vegetarian family and taken to ashrams since birth, she is living the yogic lifestyle and sharing it's benefits with others.

Stacie created and teaches Chair Yoga teacher trainings online and annually at the CA and Bahamas Sivananda Yoga Ashrams. Currently she is teaching Chair Yoga for seniors and at companies in Bay Area, CA and is the Stress Management Specialist for the Ornish Heart Disease Reversal Program in N. CA
Yoga for Everyone! is a wonderful and useful online course to give all ages and abilities lessons need to begin or continue a holistic practice of yoga, meditation and healthy living.
