Stacie Dooreck, author of SunLight Chair Yoga: yoga for everyone! and Yoga for everyone! books, is a Certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor since 1995, a Kundalini and Gentle Integral Yoga teacher, and Stress Management Specialist for the Ornish Heart Disease Reversal Program and Alzheimer's Research study.
