This course includes 18 sessions to enjoy and establish a daily yoga practice at home or work. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, balance, energy and peace of mind. Meditation improves the ability to focus, brings clarity and creativity to the mind and deep sense of inner peace. The videos vary from active yoga asanas (poses) and exercises, to gentle yoga (no standing poses), chair yoga (seated) and guided yogic relaxation, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation sessions for stress management.
